A yoga mat and a small open space are all you need. Any additional props, music, and aromatherapy are provided.

Each session is 60 minutes, with time built in for a quick check-in so the practice can be tailored to you.

Packages (5 or 10 sessions) offer discounted rates and help you build consistency—leading to stronger results, better body awareness, and long-term progress.
How do I schedule my sessions after purchase?
After booking, you’ll receive instructions to schedule your session at a time that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule, or the class will be charged in full. Same-day cancellations are charged.
Is this more for relaxation or fitness?
Both. Sessions are customized depending on your group's goals and needs. We can have a restorative session that is calming and opening, or we can have a powerful, sweaty session that activates and engages - and everything in between.
No matter our approach or level of intensity, all of my classes focus on staying connected with the body and breath through focused movement and awareness that keeps you in a calm state (parasympathetic nervous system) - teaching how to make hard things look easy.
