Unbothered Apothecary is a husband-and-wife founded botanical self-care brand created by Aaron and Yesenia Herlocker, better known inside the heart of the brand as Papi and Mami. Together, they make organic body care, aromatherapy, grooming, massage, and ritual goods for people who want their everyday routines to feel grounded, intentional, sensual, and beautifully uncomplicated.

Our Story

Unbothered Apothecary began at home, with family at the center. Aaron and Yesenia wanted cleaner, more thoughtful products for real life: sensitive skin, long days, family care, outdoor living, movement, rest, touch, and the small rituals that help bring a person back to themselves.

What started as a personal practice became a business built with love, purpose, and a shared point of view. Aaron, Papi, brings a yoga-informed approach to the work: breath, presence, grounding, recovery, and the belief that self-care should support the whole person. Yesenia, Mami, brings warmth, intuition, beauty, and a deep care for how each product feels, smells, and lives in the hands of the people who use it.

As co-founders, husband and wife, and parents, Mami and Papi created Unbothered Apothecary as an extension of their home values: keep it clean, keep it intentional, keep it useful, and make it feel good.

What We Make

Our collection is made for everyday care and everyday ritual. We create organic aromatherapy roll-ons, rich body butters and balms, herbal salves, post-sun care, beard and hair oil, massage oil, natural bug spray, cleanser sprays, lip balm, intimate body care, and curated gift bundles.

Each product is designed to turn an ordinary moment into a ritual: a roll-on before meditation or a busy day, a balm after sun or movement, a massage oil for connection, a beard oil before stepping out, a lip balm in your pocket, or a cleansing spray to reset your space.
